Service orientation means being able to leverage IT as a catalyst for business growth and a new source of competitive advantage by extending IT's impact and reach beyond the data center to the edge of your enterprise.

Agent Technology
A software agent is an intelligent software object that can be programmed to operate proactively to achieve predefined goals.
